Wonka has been falling over and can't walk very well he's eating and drinking fine and I have a heating pad under the tank but it just looks like he's drunk falling down and stumbling everywhere. Does anyone know what happened?

It could be a number of things - and sometimes gerbils can completely recover from symptoms like this. I once thought I had a gonner - but by morning he was totally back to normal? Things include stroke, seizure, ear or brain infection or other neurological issue.
Great to add the heat pad to one side of the tank so if he wants it it is there, but also make eating and drinking easier too - so scatter feed what I call 'easy' food all over the place (food he can eat straight away without having to crack open shells or pick up something large or hard) and perhaps offer water at different levels - don't make him climb up too high to get to the water.
Is he on his own or does he have a friend with him - and how old is Wonka?
And when you say falling over, is he rolling side-ways, does it look like his hips aren't straight or is he stumbling onto his front legs and head?

He had a brother that died a few days ago he is 4 and a half years old and he is rolling over on to his side and has been like this since his brother died I found him unable to move and ice cold I cradled him for an hour with a heating pad and my hands until he got up and started walking again
