3.5 day old pups - should I supplement for tiny one?

Our pups reached 3 days old in the early hours of this morning.  One is very tiny compared to the rest & I'm wondering whether I supplement with kitten milk to make sure he/she is getting enough milk?  Pic is below - you can see how much smaller the paler one is.  

Any guesses re colours would also be welcome (mum is pied lilac, dad DEH).  I think they're mainly agouti although not sure about the pale one & the one on the bottom right is also a little lighter when you see them 'in person'.  Thanks!

I know next to nothing about colouring baby gerbils, but markingwise it looks like you've got a pied (far left) and a spotted (bottom right) in there to my completely untrained eye Looks like even if they are mosty agoutis they should still be fairly varied?

Those 2 are definitely pied/spotted. I can't make my mind up whether the teeny one is also pied - hard to tell with the paler skin. I'm trying not to get too attached to that one in case anything goes wrong but it's not working. If I had to pick a favourite right now it would be that one just because I'm willing him/her to do well.

I had 7 agouti and 2 argente, and both the argente were smaller, they still are. I wouldn't worry too much.

They'll be so pretty, I love spotted markings personally, and I agree I thought the palest one might be pied/mottled too but it's so hard to see (was also wondering if it could be a colourpoint of some sort, I've no idea what they look like as pups or if that's even possible from the parents genes though?).

Here's a pic of Fizzy & her brothers at 6 days old. Fizzy is CP Agouti. These new guys are completely unrelated. The pale one in the new litter seems to have much more prominent eyes than Fizzy had although there's a 3 day age difference between the new ones & Fizzy's pic which will make a big difference.
