From these pictures he/she looks like lilac, although it could be sapphire. Does his/her head appear darker than the rest oh his/her body? That is something that sapphire gerbils have. Red eyes are a trait of both lilac and sapphire. The color will become more clear as he/she ages.

I thought lilac when I first saw him but possibly sapphire because he doesn't look as dark as lilacs are.

She's the same color all over including the belly. only thing that seems different is the kinda pale purple tail...maybe she just don't have all her fur on her tail yet lol.

I would say Lilac from the first two of those images, but as the cp genes are temperature sensitive, it could be a very dark Sapphire - which is what I may have said if you only showed the final image.
What are the colours of her parents as what they are can tell you instantly if she is a dark Sapphire for starters.

Mom is pew and dad is argente golden. As they are and accidental litter I know the "sisters" were all argente cream and one more pew.

If the mum is a true PEW (rather than a REW) then the pup will be a Sapphire as the mum has to give all her offspring a chm gene - C+chm = Sapphire.
This would be the most likely scenario based on your other colours.
If she is a REW or Himalayan however, then this isn't 'true' so to speak...

She's so cute! I also have her tank mate who is all black with a white patch. The CP is Mint and the black one is Chocolate I think the other one (which was male) was called an Apricot??
