You mention her head wobbles up and down when she moves fast, is she still quite active? She may have had a stroke, but i don't want to jump to conclusions just yet. The best thing to do is keep her warm, get make sure she is drinking. Get fluids into her, maybe some apple sauce or baby food, even a grape. If you are realy concerned for her the best thing is to seek a Vet for medical attention.

she seems to be sleeping alot but when she is awake she moves around alot. There is only one vet near where i live and the smallest animal they deal with is a rabbit. she doesnt look thinner than usual either. What are the symptoms of a stroke?

This is from NGS: Strokes As in humans, these are more common in older gerbils. Recognisable by paralysis or weakness down one side. The best treatment is to try and make the gerbil as comfortable as possible and keep him warm. In some cases another stroke follows fairly soon after and the gerbil may unfortunately die. Recovery is possible in other cases and the gerbil may be left with little or no disability. The important thing is to make sure the gerbil can feed and drink until it recovers enough to do this itself. www.gerbils.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/gerbils/ailments.htm#StrokesHow is she now? Hope all is well

she seems a little better. I was holding her last night and she does seem to be clicking slightly. I have got a air humidifier. Would this help if it is due to a respiraoty infection.
