hmmm, dunno but it could be RI... keep a close eye on that pup and if it obviously looks ill or continues to click, take the whole family to the vets and get them all treated (RI is contagious)

Everyone seems to be the picture of health and the parents have absolutley no signs of RI. Are you sure this just isn't something pups do when they are only around a week and no where near weaning? I could be over reacting. I have nver incounter RI before so I don't knowwhat is sounds like. They don't click constantly just sometimes very faintly. And don't worry ,if they show anyother signs are the parents start to click I will take them to the vet right away.
"Have you tried listening to their breathing ie held the pups body to your ear and heard clicking in the lungs?"
Yes, sometimes it sounds normal and then thses faint clicks, one then a minute then an odd number around 5 then nothing then 1..and so on

It turns out it probobally isn't RI, but them clicking their teeth becuase it isn't in their lungs when they fall asleep they don't make it. Also they are very healthy, eating well, running around, and have strong silky coats. I will keep a very close eye on them in case and be ready to take them to the vet.
Edit, I was holding my little boy, he wasn't clicking for the longest time then he did. I picked him up and he was wiggleing his muzzle. I am pretty sure the sound is from their teeth growing in, or them wishing they had milk.
