I was holding Rody today and noticed a small patch of exposed skin on the right side of her mouth (a few millimeters away from her mouth). I looked a bit closer and it seems to be some kind of growth or something. It is about 2mm wide, maybe a bit less. I can't take pics because my dad has the camera and he is on a business trip... What could it be?

Oo weird Maybe she accidentally chewed the side of her face while eating/knawing? (I've done that before ) Or maybe someone's grooming got a little enthusiastic. I guess you should just watch it - make sure it doesn't cause her discomfort or bleeds. Hopefully it may just go away by itself.

Or maybe someone's grooming got a little enthusiastic. That's what came to my mind. For example, when F&T were taking antibiotics (sticky & sweet antibiotics), some always dribbled onto the sides of their mouth. Then, the brothers would power groom until they were both bald on the side of their face. The fur grew back fine. The bump, though... how far does it stick out? Or is it just a bald patch that's ~2mm wide?

it could be an abcess or a mouth ulcer or something i'd just watch it over the next few days, and if it gets bigger/looks infected/is bleeding or is preventing her from eating properly, take her to the vet

I'm going to watch it. It's depth (amount sticking out) is less than 1mm, and there is a small scab on the lower left corner. Hopefully it's just an injury and not some kind of growth. When I get the camera back (over a week form now) I will post pictures.

After a week+ the bump hasn't gotten bigger!
