Hi, I have two gerbils that are named Donut and Peanut. I have a water bottle for them and a few days ago the water had gotten lower. Now, the water looks like it’s not getting lower. I think it is because i moved it too high or too low. I am not sure how high or low the water bottle should be, someone please help me!!

The water bottle might have stopped working. Use your finger to move the nozzle to check there's water coming out. In terms of height, they should be able to drink from it without having to stretch up because it's too tall, or twist their neck because it's too low. About this height: (I couldn't find a photo with a gerbil drinking unfortunately but hopefully you can estimate the height from the photo)

Since an average gerbil's body is about 4 inches(10 centimeters) long, a good height for the bottle would probably be about 3 inches(8 centimeters) above the bedding. I do have a picture of mine drinking, but it's not a good angle and they're both trying to drink at the same time
