It's unfortunate for my wallet's sake that I now know about that. Hopefully, it hasn't come to the US yet. Lol . Now I'm curious, how is it LilyandDaisy ? Sorry to hear you haven't been well, I hope you're better now. No worries on the review, I still haven't done one for my boys metal wheels yet either, and one of them I had a couple of years before I created the review section! lol

I haven't bought the pedometer yet even though it's available on Amazon UK. I expect I will at some point though!
Edit: I changed my mind and just ordered it. I had forgotten about it before.

I've got the pedometer (Amazon next day delivery). Here are some clips: www.youtube.com/shorts/24XMFIbyz2Mwww.youtube.com/shorts/xjCDlcnASw8Twiglet is not much of a runner these days. She takes a few steps on the wheel occasionally but it's mostly Astra who uses it. According to the chart in the Amazon link above, 1830 rotations on the large Niteangel Silent wheel (the one I have) is equal to one mile run. I expect I'll do a full review of it at some point.

Astra and Twiglet have finally figured out how to run in the wheel together! youtube.com/shorts/BDCFrAYAplM?si=yscm2X-lQV0D5HC8To be honest, Astra doesn't seem very happy about sharing the wheel. Twiglet runs slower than she does and she prefers running on her own so she can go fast. But she's learning to compromise. I think it's a question of cooperation, one gerbil taking the lead in setting the direction and pace, and the other being willing to follow. Here Twiglet is taking the lead and Astra is learning how to cooperate with her. At one point she tries to run in the wrong direction before realising that Twiglet wants to run the other way.

Wow! How sweet! They seem to run pretty well together, though I think you're right it looks like Astra wants to go a bit faster. Also, I just want to mention how beautiful they look together! the grey Agouti and brown Agouti have such a pretty contrast. (Astra is the grey, Twiglet the brown?)

Also, I just want to mention how beautiful they look together! the grey Agouti and brown Agouti have such a pretty contrast. (Astra is the grey, Twiglet the brown?) Yes, Astra is the grey agouti. These two have a really nice and interesting relationship. They're both very averse to physical confrontation or conflict and won't really be seen pushing each other around or physically squabbling. Astra can be impatient and sometimes I can actually see her struggling with, on the one hand, the desire to get her own way, and on the other hand, wanting to avoid physical confrontation. This is a video from when they were younger, where Astra desperately wants to use the wheel. You can really see her frustration and it just spills over a little bit at the end when she taps Twiglet with one paw, but otherwise she's really trying to avoid confrontation! They did have some issues a few months ago with Astra trying to usurp Twiglet, but that was a bit out of character for her really and she's back in her usual character now. But even the attempted declan was fairly non-physical and mostly involved Astra making Twiglet feel unsettled but some non-physical means.

Heheh, I was going to say there's a bit of a speed difference between them .

Because of the great reviews... I'm going to order this wheel now! Also replacing some wheels of mine. Unfortunately, my wallet's going to take a hit... I think the pedometer is something I can't easily ignore.
