Just to say that there is an upcoming gerbil show at the Bracknell Sports Centre on the 3rd September if anyone wanted a rodent-filled free day out.
There are usually also guinea pigs, rabbits, mice, hamsters and a few stalls there too.
Entry is free to the venue, but there is a teeny entry fee if you wanted to entre your gerbils for the chance of a rosette!
There are toilets and a cafe onsite as well - and free parking.

Apparently Astra and Twiglet's brother is being shown for the first time so I'm excited to hear how he does.

It was shared by the National Gerbil Society (NGS) and I usually go every year myself to meet up with other breeders and chat and share things (and to coo at all the cute piggies).
I can't go this year though which is a shame, but several other big breeders will be there with advice and tips.

I went to that a few years back - it was great fun! So nice talking to other rodent people (in person). Can't go this year but maybe next time..

Astra and Twiglet's brother won Best of Opposite Sex and Wispa's sister won Best in Show!
