I’ve been working on an online gerbil wiki/learning center that will be part of my website, similar to the one from Shooting Star gerbils, complete with photos for reference. The only problem is, I don’t have photos of all the coat colors, mutations, etc that I need to complete them. Shooting Star gerbils is just an example of someone that has a lot of reference photos on their page, but I have heard that she stopped breeding and so unfortunately I haven’t been able to ask if I can use some of her photos. I’m not sure if it would be fine to just use them and provide photo credits underneath. If anyone would like to contribute reference photos of their gerbils too help complete the educational section of my website, please let me know and I will provide a credit underneath each photo!

Hi, I'd love to contribute, do you have any specific colors you need? I have had lots of different colors. I also have some photos of gerbils experiencing symptoms of diseases if you would like those. Let me know!

I’m still setting up the site & the wiki, I’ll post it here and tag you once they’re ready. Let me know what platform is best to communicate and send photos through.

I have had Black Pied, Burmese, Grey Agouti, Brown Agouti, Black, Brown Agouti Pied, Honeycream (both young and old) and Nutmeg, although I don't have photos of my nutmeg babies yet, they're still growing up, but I could get photos of them. I have also had white, but I don't have great pictures of them. All the others have been professionally photographed. (I'm a breeder, so I do photoshoots of all my gerbils). If any of these are useful for you, let me know and I can post them When it's done, I hope I can see your wiki! It's great that someone's getting one out there.

Tagging her might get her attention as I recently messaged her on FB, hoping she'll pop in here - Shooting Star

alright... so I've uploaded here all the pictures I thought might be useful, as well as a link to my gerbil ziggy giving birth. I'm not sure how well you'll be able to use it, but if you are then you're free to. WD40 (Black pied) Frank jr. jr. jr. (grey agouti) Sherwin (Brown Agouti) Wicker (Brown Agouti Pied) Zit (This is of my Honeycream female, who I will be getting better pictures of in a month) Black eyed white Runtess (Burmese) Skittle (Black) Onion (Colorpoint Silver Nutmeg Gerbil) And here are some other pictures that I thought might be helpful (if you were talking about babies or breeding at all) Newborn Gerbils Week-old Gerbils (when they start getting fuzz) Three-week-old Gerbils Ziggy Nursing her newborn pups And here is the link to ziggy giving birth. www.tunnelyjoesrodentranch.com/ziggy-giving-birthIf you need anymore, I also have some nutmeg gerbils (D'babe and D'man) that I will be taking pictures of soon, and a litter of pups with odd colors popping up, so if you need anymore I may be able to offer new colors soon.
