Hi,
The tank is great. Which size were you going to go for. The larger is always better if at all possible.
I think the sand is ok. Generally if it's safe for chinchillas then you are ok. However some stuff is not great in that it's very dusty. I had to move away from the Tiny Friends Farm stuff as they changed it and it was terrible. Although I haven't bought it for a number of years so no idea if it's gone back to its original makeup. Hopefully someone that has bought the particular brand you've mentioned will be better able to comment.
The bowl will be ok for food, although generally scattering food is better as bowls can lead to territorial arguments. Unfortunately it won't be any good for water as they constantly kick up their substrate, or mess from chewing card or sand and you can't clean them out quick enough as often it just absorbs the water. It's better to go with the classic water bottles or something similar if you can. I did have to add an additional bowl for a poorly gerbil but it meant constant cleaning/refreshing it and I thought it was far enough away from her bedding, on a ledge, but it still got filled with cardboard etc and didn't stay clean.
The sea grass tunnel is great but be aware that it will be destroyed in an hour or two. The thicker card tubes like the hay n hide with grass on the outside tend to fare longer.

Yes! Everything looks safe to me! If you do end up buying the tank, I would use more bedding than they do in their image. I'd probably fill it up to the first shelf so the gerbils have ample space to burrow. This might defeat the purpose of the ramps, but if the bedding is high enough they'll be able to reach the platform anyway.
I agree with everything tanzanyte mentioned also!
