I know a lot of people that have had great success shipping rodents by aircanada...They said that they took great care of the animals, so I am looking into it. .does anyone have any details about shipping rodents, and how to sell gerbils long distance?

It doesn't matter, that's why I'm here. I've moved it! ;D I personally have never shipped any of my gerbils, and will not do that. I know some airlines in Europe won't allow it either, for example KLM (now KLM/AirFrance). However as far as I know it is not illegal in the European Union. Here some information on this from the American Gerbil Society: Shipping gerbils through the United States Postal Service is illegal at this time. There are a number of airlines that will ship gerbils, but for their safety ensure that the stringent guidelines are kept. That is what I can tell you on this.
