pringles can, cut off the very top and very bottom(doesnt look too good to chew on) then, once it is hollow, you will se a metallic inside, take a knife(der the one u already have i hope) and try to get right under it without cutting as much card board as possible, then rip it right off. then make some mousehouls where you see fit and think they would like, stick it in there. since its so thick, it usually lasts a couple days for its shredded, great semi-permanent toy!!!
another idea would be to take any cardboard and roll/bend it up like a paper towel tube, which it basically is, except with a lot of layers, keeps em busy for hours, then just make sure to check up once the layers seperate and bend them into a new toy.
also, small personal cereal boxes with maybe a hole in one side, are PERFECT size for them.
Hey Dark Star!! So now in order to keep my little ones busy for more than 5 min, I hae to eat pringles??? LOL The things I do to make the little ones happy!!! I have tried lots of cardboard ideas but that one is the best since they will be able to poke out through the holes! Maybe I can convince some one else to eatr the pringles HA HA!!

I don't buy pringles because I disagree with what the company does, but I get pringles containers from school. My gerbils love them. I also get really thick cardboard tubes from sticker rolls.
