It's because they are fat! Mine are like that too. Once they get older they begin to look like that.

No- healthy siamese gerbils should look like other gerbils. Females should have a slim athletic appearance, males a bulky (sometimes this looks a little like fat) appearance. If your gerbil is an adult/older male he should look bulky. But individuals color genetics shouldn't affect their weight.

Left is my spotted black and the 2 on the right are my siamesewhen my siamese stretch the look slim but as you can see now the look a little fatty. what do you think? is it just bulky or fat?

You're right, they do look a little overweight, but they're beautiful;D!! You also have a burmese gerbil the one on the far right is Burmese, the lighter is the Siamese. If they look skinny when they stretch it could be just bulkiness, but you can try cutting out a few sunflowers or other foods to see if they slim up a bit. Mine look a little fat when they hunch up too, but the male is only 3 months old in the pic so he should be getting bulky by the time he's 6 months old. The Siamese on the left is female (2 1/2 weeks pregnant in this shot), the spotted Burmese on the right is the young male ;D Thanks for showing your pic, your gerbils are gorgeous (thanks for the link Mogheiden)

No, I don't think they are fat. They are adult males and should look like that.
