Umm I think I'd go with the spotted golden agouti, it looks like he carries recessives and he might even produce mottled if he has mottled sibs.
If you keep all your bachelors, if you don't like the colours you get from the first litter, you can try putting her with a different male when she goes on heat after she gives birth. Just supervise closely. You can split cage her with her original mate the day (or a couple days) before the birth, and a few hours after birth (usually the evening after the birth) put her in the other male's tank for 2 hours. When she returns to her own tank she will probably be pregnant. Next day you can reunite the whole family.

How do you tell an agouti carries Aa or A- ? Is the female an AaCchE-G-pp or A-CchE-G-pp ? She has a black sibling ...
I also wanted to mate her with the golden agouti male . If i breed them , what colors will the pups be ? Can a get a black or at least a spotted black ? I really LOVE spotted blacks ....

It really depends on what recessives your PEW is carrying. Unfortunately unless you get your PEW from a breeder who absolutely knows the recessives it carries, your PEW could be carrying two himalayan genes, and no c(chm) genes, which means the pups would be 1/2 PEW and 1/2 Argente Cream. It could be spotted, in which case 1/2 of the pups would also be spotted. Or it could be carrying c(h)c(chm) in which case 1/4 of the pups would be Topaz, 50% PEW, and 1/4 Argente Cream. The again it could be c(chm)c(chm) in which case maybe 50% of the pups it carries would be Topaz.
But what if it is really a highly spotted Ivory Cream, which carries gg instead of c recessives? Then you'd get 50% Argente Golden and 50% Argente Cream.
That does not include the possibility it carries any other recessives! Really you're better to stay away from breeding a PEW whose genes you do not know, because as Queenie has stated before, you could end up with a lot of white pups on your hands and apparently they are not a popular colour (I like them, though).

If your agouti had a black sibling then there is a pretty good chance she carries one "a" recessive. If her mate also had black siblings, or any other self colour such as lilac, dove, nutmeg, then there is a very good chance they will have some black pups. If one parent is carrying the spotting gene then 50% of the pups will be spotted in some way, and if both parents carry spotting, 2/3 of their pups will be spotted.

The golden agouti , male , has no black siblings ... however he has 1 golden argente sibling . A few mottled and some spotted ...
The argente cream , female , has 1 black , 1 PEW , 3 agouti siblings . I know that ahe is carrying the black gene . Hence , I think she might be , AaCchDDEEGGpp .
The male might be , AACCDDEEGGPPSpsp or AACCDDEEGGPpSpsp
But I really really really wish he is , AACCDDEEGGPp ... I really hope so . If he is , I might get , Hopefully , 50 % agouti , 25 % argente and 25% argente cream . If i am unlucky ( which i usually am ) , I may get 100% agoutis . But in this litters , the agouti pups will be either , AACCDDEEGGPp , AACchDDEEGGPp , AaCCDDEEGGPp or AaCchDDEEGGPp. Then , I can breed them and get even MORE colors ...
