Gerbil or Jird? I always hate it when they show the picture of the wrong species/name it wrongly. Somehow I can't imagine a mongolian being trained to press a button. Jirds however are a possibility. Very interesting

I think that news agency only has a pic of a jird. They've used it before, on articles about gerbils. It does look like a jird, but I think in the article they were referring to Mongolian gerbils.

aw poor gerbil confused at scarded and thretening heehee athough mostly all animals can pick up strong emotions and if yo are cloe to then when it is time to go they will wait until you are buy or alspeep at night before passing the rainbow bridhe
