Can two males and 1 female live peacefully together?

Nope. Not at all. The 2 males would fight over the female. You would end up having one of your males die. Then you would have A LOT more gerbils in the months to come. Don't keep 2 males and 1 female togethor. That is a BAD idea.

Ryan is correct it is not an ideal situation. The males may potentially fight to the death for the right to mate with the female. Also if there are any pups, the males may get jealous and kill the pups. I am not saying that it has never worked successfully but it is very unlikely that it will work.
Additionally, you will not know who the father. This is also not an ideal situation. Do you know it the gerbils you have are related? Do you have any other options for housing? What is your situation?

It is only possible when you have two males that are not equally strong! If you have a strong adult male and a smaller one, than it can work, because it is normal in a gerbil group that only the dominant male and dominant female will mate!
If they are (almost) equally strong, they can start to fight over the female. And it is the same with females!
If you want to have males and females together, it is best to have a breeding pair, with some of their male and/or female young.
