I dotted the vanilla on my little nutmeg and literally threw him in the tank with my older agouti. Well, it looked that way because Nutty jumped right out of my hand and flew into the cage. Baby sniffed him a few times, chased him a few times, then I pulled Nutty out for 5 minutes then let him go back in. This time, they chased, sniffed butts, and went off on their own separate ways. Then Baby began to groom Nutty and now they are gone their separate ways yet again. I watched them for an hour and now I have the cage beside me. I sure hope someone is online tonight because I won't be able to sleep LOL. Tomorrow, I'm introducing another pup to another agouti that I have. But first I want to get him in a bigger tank. I'm still using/buying these bins, I like the longer ones much better than the smaller/deeper ones. Would that be too much for Frodo, to put him in a new tank with a new tank mate?

It sounds like a succesful introduction! Congrats. As for introducing in a new setting, many people do that, so I wouldn't be concerned.
