Um... it's pretty funny looking actually... Jason is ON top of the house sleeping on top of his face... he has NO nest of any sort on his wooden house. Pheonix (girlfriend) is in the house. Uh- he just fell over... laying on his side like he's dead, but he's breathing fine... and Pheonix just jumped up there and now he's awake.... I'm assuming that all of this is because Jason nearly died for on apparent reason. One day he was fine, and the very next day after work I thought he was dead. He wasnt moving at all, then all of a sudden his ear twitched. I had to lay him on ziploc bags of hot tap water. ;D LOL I wish somebody else could have seen this! He just jumped back up on the house, and rolled over onto his back. maybe it has something to do with the aquarium hood being on over that half of the cage.... but he just stretched out with his belly up!

That is pretty funny! I can just imagine... Gerbil sprawled out on top of house with no sense of decency! Tee hee!

That sounds really funny. It's always when they are doing the funniest things that the camera is upstairs, or across the room, or who knows where! I'm always afraid to run and get it in case they move. -Kaye

I always wonder, Can that REALLY be comfortable? I have "head sleepers" too, Actually my dog sleeps in some of the strangest positions that look painful!

LOL But your dog is WEIRD Andrea! And do your "head sleepers" do that in their nest?? Jason was doing it on top of his wooden house... not a single piece of nest up there.... dork!
